Classic and Team Up

Free-for-all for two to four players, or Team Up 2v2 with Red and Yellow against Green and Blue.

Your house rules

Token stacking, dice flow, doubles moving as a pair, three-sixes, need-a-six to leave the yard — set per match.

Park as many matches as you like on the home shelf and pick any of them up where you left off.

Bangla and English

Switch language any time, with light and dark themes for comfortable night play.

Nothing to sell you

No ads, no in-app purchases, and no coins. Matches and settings never leave the device.

Why it exists

Ludo is the board everyone in the region already knows, but the big mobile versions bury it under ads, coins, and a login. Ludo Pagla is the same game with none of that — open it, set the rules your family plays by, and start.

It is live on Google Play, free, with no ads or in-app purchases. The shipped build is offline-only; online rooms and matchmaking are designed for but not yet shipped, and the listing deliberately doesn’t claim them.

Who it’s for

Families and friends who want the Ludo board they grew up with on a phone — no account, no ads, and no connection required to play.

How it’s built

The rules live in a pure Dart GameEngine driven by serialisable GameCommand objects, with the UI talking to it through a MatchController and a SessionTransport. Today that transport is local; the same commands are what a server would validate later, so online play becomes a new transport rather than a rewrite of the rules.

House rules are serialised alongside the game state for the same reason — a server can check a match was played under the ruleset it claims. Saved matches persist locally, and the board paints on a non-uniform geometry so path cells stay large enough to tap on small phones.
